My favourite is Bunbee, The Fresh Villains, Mephisto, Bad End Trio, Selfish Trio, Oresky (he's so hunky), and Shut!

I love Twilight, Queen Mirage, Eas and Dark Dream. I like female villains in general.
As for a trio, I like the desert apostle trio the most as it looks like they cared for each other to some extent.
