To be brutally frank I would choose Litten or Rowlet over Popplio. Idk, Popplio is just not that cute to me.... Well, it's not that I'm going to play Sun/Moon though. I don't have the console.

Whhaaat!? Well, tbh Litten and Rowlet are really nice Pokemon as well (I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Rowlet). Who knows, maybe my opinion will change once you find out their evolutions and stuff. |
