Igneel's hand stayed on his sword as he backed toward the Zodiac fairies. He couldn't shake the feeling that something was still off...
"That's Ophiuchus, all right." Jet thought for a moment. "But what would someone with ties to Ophiuchus be doing in Major Land?"
Spinel brought herself up to her full height, doing her best to look like a protector, to comfort the fairies. "It will be alright. We will see to it that nothing bad will happen." Meanwhile, Arika instead opted to let her transformation fade, and comfort them directly.
"Uhh, I hate to break up the little emotional moment here, but what the heck does that symbol even mean to us? Why is it such a big deal? I don't recall seeing it anywhere significant before, so why does it feel like you guys think the world's gonna end?" Cure Blaize stood on the edge of the group, with a serious expression on her face. Something is definitely up here. But I can't let anyone else worry about that. We need to sort this out first.
Meanwhile, Cinder flew in from the water.

Luna ran over to Aries and the Fairy Cures. She knelt in front of them.
"What's wrong? You saw the symbol then felt sad! Is that an evil symbol?!"
" I don't think it's an evil sym-" Harmony started, only to be interrupted by Luna letting out a gasp.
" It IS an evil symbol, isn't it!" Harmony sweatdropped.

Stephen heard what Cure Blaize said and it angered him. He walked over to her, "What in the blue hell is your problem? Just because Your dopey butt hasn't seen or heard of something doesn't mean that no one else has..if I were you id keep your pretty little mouth shut.. unless you wanna apologies to them..."
Rose and Splash imeaditily knew where Stephen's head was...and they were nervous to try and stop him.
OOC: Its his depression kicking in. He is truly not mad at Blaize.

Aries and the Fairy Cures gathered their bearings and stood up, Aries was the first one to speak up, "that symbol is the symbol of the Eclipse Kingdom's Ruler that captured my little Sister Virgo and corrupted her into Cure Eclipse Virgo. The Eclipse Kingdom stormed into Climatopia four years ago and quickly made short work of all our guards and soldiers. All of us except for Kaze transformed into the forms you see right now and fought, yes even Eclipse Virgo, but she was called Virgo back then. She got separated from us and eventually got captured. The next time we saw her, she was claiming how we left her to die and how she wanted revenge."
Taurus wipes her tears, "it's my fault she got captured because I wasn't there to fight beside Aries and the other two. I was too afraid of my power. At that time I couldn't really control it that well."
Gemini was the next one to speak up, "the ruler of the Eclipse Kingdom is Queen Ophiuchus. We don't know much about her at all. Except that she caused the Kingdom of Climatopia to fall."
Sagittarius wiped tears from her eyes as she continued, "we lost that battle and Cure Virgo, also known as Princess Arina Luna Amaterasu of Climatopia was captured and corrupted. She was turned into Cure Eclipse Virgo, the girl in black who we just fought. Thank goodness the youngest of the Princesses was sent safely to Earth when she was a baby."
The tears started to flow again but this time from all the Zodiac Cures Earthling and Climatopian, Cure Rhythm, Cure Symphony, and Cure Flora.

"Lemme ask you something, Kid." A fire lit in Blaize's eyes, dim, but there. "Have you ever had someone die in your arms? Because let me tell you, when the person who you care about most in the world dies right in front of you, so close you can feel their last breath, you change. You learn to see things differently. You learn to share your emotions differently. You forget what happiness is. Yes, there may be gaps in the pain, but there's no such thing as happiness anymore. You stop caring about the little things, and you do everything you can to protect the people you care about. Things that before, you would have never even dreamed of doing." She paused, the flames growing a little brighter.
"So if you feel like you can stand there and speak to me like that, why don't you take a look around and really see what's going on here. Something is wrong with this situation...and I'm trying to protect my friends."

Tears started to form in Luna's eyes.
"I knew it was an evil symbol! Or, the symbol of someone evil." Luna and Ray hugged, as tears started running down their faces.
Even Harmony looked at the fairy cures and Aries sadly, with a few tears in her eyes.

"I see... that still doesn't explain what she wants with the book though..." Oliver was lost in thought, largely oblivious to what was happening.
Arika joined in with the crying. "That's so sad!"
Igneel continued looking around, worried. He couldn't shake the feeling that they were wrong about something.
Meanwhile, Cinder landed on the beach with a soft "Plop" and ran towards the rest of the group. "It's going to be okay." Spinel's voice cut off her entry line. "We'll rescue your sister. I just know that we will. After all, doesn't good always triumph over evil?"
"She's right!" Cinder's voice rose above the commotion. "No matter what, you're Precure! You can't lose heart already! The battle's only just begun, and in the end, the Precure always pull through. And this time, you're not alone! You've got us to back you up! Together, I'm sure we can save your sister and put an end to Queen Ophiuchus' rule!"

LETS GO!!" He then turned to them for their response. Rose looked at him and walked up to him hearing all that Cure Blaize said and slapped Stephen hard across the face causing him to grab her arm, "DONT YOU EVER DO THAT AGAIN!!" Sailor Splash went over to Cure Blaize and hugged her, "Im sorry he's like this..he was born this way but I promise he returns to normal usually pretty quick..What can Rose and I do to help?" |

Chibi Moon grasped Sailor Moon's hand tightly as tears started to form in her eyes. She knew how exactly it felt like to lose her kingdom and family to the enemy. The memories of the fallen Crystal Tokyo came back to her. She felt sorry not only to Cure Aries and the Zodiac fairy cures but also to the brainwashed Virgo as well. Chibi Moon remembered the time when she was controled by black crystal, turning into Black Lady and attacking people she loved.
Sailor Moon looked at her future daughter. She could roughly guess what's going on the little girl's mind. She squated down to Chibi Moon's level and patted the latter's shoulders. "It's gonna be alright. We'll find a way to save her."
Uranus and Neptune did feel bad to the zodiac cures after listening to the story, but they decided not to get emotional over it. They also kept silent when dispute suddenly sparked between Stephen and Blaize. They had no time to get involved in this silly argument. They had their duty to protect the Earth. Their main priority right now was to understand the situation and obtain information about the enemy as much as possible.
"Sorry to interupt, but can you tell us more about this Eclipse kingdom? You've been fighting against them for a long time so you must at least have learned something about them, like what they are after and what they are capable of." Uranus said to Taurus, who seemed to be the most knowledgeable among the zodiac cures.

Sapphire: (turns back into Akiza, knowing it was safe to with other Cures around)
Akiza: That's so sad.....I would die if that happened to a sibling of mine......if I had any anyway........
Topaz: (does the same)
Suiko: (keeps an eye on all the girls there but also feels said for the Zodiac team
Ruby: (as she's sneaking away she bumps into Uranus and Neptune) AH! I'm very sorry I'm Very sorry! (Bows)
OOC: Ruby is around the same height maybe a little taller then Chibi Usa.

With this, Stephen felt the fire hit him with full force. It washed over him, burning white-hot, until suddenly it stopped.
"Look kid. You've got three friends. That's better than I've ever done." She paused, then shook her head.
"The only real friend that I've ever had is long gone. Like I said earlier. I don't really get to be happy any more. The 'friends' that I'm trying to protect today? I only know three of them. Everyone else here... I'm protecting the others because I know that it's what they would have wanted me to do." She seemed to almost lose herself on the word they.
"So why don't you do yourself a favor and put those cards away? I don't like fighting when I know that I don't have to. Especially against someone I'd like to call a friend."
[Tag Stephen]
OOC: The three people who she knows are Cinder, Arika and Igneel. She actually hasn't interacted with any of the other Dream Drop members. And if he asks just the right way, Stephen may be able to get more info on the "They" she was talking about. And she says she'd "like to" call Stephen a friend partly because she doesn't feel like he should be forced to feel a particular way about her, and also because she hasn't used the term in that way since she lost her only friend way back when. It's lost a personal meaning to her, and she hold the term at a much lower esteem than most.
Also, Stephen's not actually physically injured at all. He felt the fire, but it wasn't any actual physical fire. It was a mindfire.

He opened his eyes and closely listened to Blaize's words..most of when she said, "Especially against someone I'd like to call a friend" Stephen started to tear up but then got serious, "Thank you and what ever we have to beat...whatever puzzles need doing...we..this group of pure awesomeness...will defeat who we need to and save everyone. I believe in US!! Now whats next? Like where do we fine this Queen Ophiuchus person? She has some explaining to do!!" |

OOC Need to ask folks to slow down just a wittle when we have a scene with LARGE amounts of people in it...makes it very hard to catch up.....  I had to go through two pages to find out whats going on. :3 Also..not sure who should be crying or not at this juncture....but I am bringing in my 'logico ex machina' in as I think she can help.... The Suite and Princess Cures, along with Marine and Blossom, sat and listened as they heard of the terrible things happening...they tried to comfort those who were crying as much as they could. Well except for Beat and Muse who kept looking at Orchestra with very odd looks on her face. For some reason, the girl seemed extremely familiar, though they couldn't put their fingers on - in fact, Moon might even recognise the looks on her face from the time a young pink haired girl landed on her from no where. It was a look of confusion and recognition. The girl mentioned just tried to keep herself inconspicuous. One by one...the Cure's dehenshined...into their regular forms. Then a lone figure walked down the beach towards them all. She wasn't in Cure form..and just wore a normal school uniform...with long purple hair and glasses...and a very serious aura. "Queens, Princes, Moon people and rivers of armies and tears. Even time travellers. When will all of this ever end." She looked over at the two Heartcatch girls. "Tsubomi...you were right to call." She stepped over to the senshi and courtsied fully and politely. "It is my honour to meet you...I am Tsukikage Yuri...Cure Moonlight...and your humble servant." Then just as suddenly She turned around. "There are far too many of us gathered here. And far too little known about one another...." She scanned the crowd seeing so many unknown faces. "With her majesty's leave, I'd request we find a more...apt place to continue these conversations..." She shot a quick serious look over at Stephen, Rose and Blaize. "In case you're interested, the darkness feeds on all negative energies -fighting your friends...is feeding that...making them stronger. OOC Yes...Yuri sees herself as Moon's servant... as Usagi is Queen of the Moon, and as Moonlight is well..Cure of the Moon, that makes her the Queen's servant. |
